2. Product Details & Accuracy

All jewellery is crafted using gold and natural/lab-grown diamonds.
Product images are for representation purposes; actual products may slightly vary.
Weight, number of stones, and dimensions may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances.

3. Pricing

Prices are in INR and may change without prior notice due to fluctuations in gold and diamond rates.
Making charges, taxes, and customization charges (if any) will be included at checkout.

4. Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
Shivam Diamonds reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspicious activity.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed through the original payment method.

5. Custom Orders

Customized jewellery is non-refundable and non-returnable.
Once production starts, changes may not be possible.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines vary depending on product type and customization.
Delays due to logistics or unforeseen circumstances are not the company’s responsibility.
Customers must provide accurate shipping details.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Returns/exchanges are accepted only for manufacturing defects.
Items must be unused, with original packaging and certificates.
Customized products are not eligible.

8. Certification

Diamonds are sold with certification (where applicable).
Gold purity (e.g., 14KT/18KT) is guaranteed as mentioned.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content (designs, images, logos) belongs to Shivam Diamonds and cannot be copied or reused without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Shivam Diamonds is not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to product usage or website access.

Measure Your Finger

Take a flexible measuring tape, a strip of paper, or a piece of thread.
Wrap it comfortably around the finger on which you plan to wear your ring. If you're stacking rings, measure the exact position where the ring will sit.
If you're using a thread or paper strip, mark the point where the ends meet.
Place it flat and measure the length in millimetres (mm) using a ruler.
Compare your measurement with the Shivam Diamonds Ring Size Chart to find your correct ring size. If your measurement falls between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit.

Measure an Existing Ring

Select a ring that fits the intended finger comfortably.
Using a ruler, measure the inside diameter of the ring in millimetres (mm). Measure from one inner edge to the opposite inner edge, passing through the centre.
Match the inside diameter with the Shivam Diamonds Ring Size Chart to determine the closest ring size.
For the most accurate result, ensure the inner edge of your ring aligns perfectly with the measurement circle on the size chart.

Measure Your Wrist

Lay it flat and measure the length in millimetres (mm) using a ruler.
Compare your measurement with the Shivam Diamonds Bracelet Size Chart to find your ideal bracelet size. If you're between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit.
